HSA/FSA Payments simplified with Flex
To use your HSA or FSA debit card, add products to your cart as usual. At checkout, select Flex | Pay with HSA/FSA as your payment option, confirm your eligibility, and enter your HSA or FSA debit card, complete your checkout as usual. If you don't have your HSA or FSA card handy, you can enter credit card information and Flex will email you an itemized receipt to submit for reimbursement.

How do I pay with my HSA or FSA card?
Add your products to cart and, at checkout, select Flex | Pay with HSA/FSA. Enter your HSA or FSA debit card, and complete your purchase. If you don’t see Flex as an option, you may be in Shop Pay. Try selecting Checkout as Guest for more payment methods.
What is Flex, and how does it work with Tomás Sullivent?
We’ve partnered with Flex so you can use your Health Savings Account (HSA) or Flexible Spending Account (FSA) to purchase eligible Tomás Sullivent products - potentially letting you shop with pre-tax dollars and save 30-40%, depending on your tax bracket.
What if I don’t have my HSA/FSA card with me?
Select Flex | Pay with HSA/FSA anyway. Use a regular credit card and Flex will email you an itemized receipt you can use for reimbursement.
Why don’t I see Flex as a payment option?
Make sure you’re not logged into Shop Pay. We recommend checking out in an incognito browser window.
Why was my HSA/FSA card declined?
The most common reason is insufficient funds. Please check with your HSA/FSA administrator to confirm your balance.
My FSA asked for more information after I submitted my Flex receipt—what should I do?
Forward the request to us at info@sullivent.com, and we’ll work with Flex to get you the right documentation.
Can I split a payment across multiple HSA/FSA cards?
Unfortunately, no. If you don’t have enough funds on one card, pay with a credit card and submit your itemized receipt for reimbursement.
What to do if you do not receive Flex with my receipt or Letter of Medical Necessity?
Check your spam folder for messages from notifications@withflex.com. Still no luck? Email support@withflex.com and include the email tied to your order.
Why does my Tomás Sullivent receipt show a different amount than my FSA was charged?

Does sales tax count as an HSA/FSA eligible expense?
Yes. If your purchase includes eligible products, tax on those items can be paid with HSA/FSA funds.
