Purchase Options

We offer multiple purchase options to give you flexibility and confidence when ordering:

• Standard Purchase
  Pay in full at checkout. Orders are processed promptly to ensure timely delivery.
• Pre-Orders
  Select items may be available for pre-order. Estimated ship dates will be listed on the product page. Payment is collected at checkout to reserve your item.
• Custom or Made-to-Order Items
  Custom products are crafted specifically for you. Production timelines will be provided prior to purchase and may vary depending on demand.

Order Changes & Cancellations

• Standard Orders
  Orders may be canceled or modified before we begin processing and cannot guarantee changes. This is usually between 12-24 hours after your purchase but may be shorter. Please contact us at info@sullivent.com to make changes. 
• Pre-Orders
  Pre-orders may be canceled within 48 hours of purchase, unless otherwise stated. After that, materials and production may already be allocated.
• Custom / Made-to-Order Items
  These orders cannot be canceled or modified once production has begun. Please review all details carefully before purchasing.

Refunds

• Orders canceled within the allowed timeframe will receive a full refund to the original payment method.
• If an order has already shipped, it must follow our Return Policy for eligibility.
