Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). During high-volume periods, processing times may be slightly extended. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been placed and a second notification when your order has shipped.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected delivery method. Estimated delivery times vary by carrier and destination but typically range from 3–7 business days within the United States.

Expedited shipping options may be available at checkout.

Domestic Shipping

We currently ship within the United States. Orders are shipped via trusted carriers such as USPS, UPS, or FedEx. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.

International Shipping

We may offer international shipping to select countries. Shipping rates and delivery times will be calculated at checkout. Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update.

Lost or Stolen Packages

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they have been marked as delivered by the carrier. If you experience an issue, we recommend contacting the shipping carrier directly.

Address Accuracy

Please ensure that your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

Delays

While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, we are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather conditions, or other circumstances outside of our control.
